Set up reminders for my daily medicine
Sets up a reminder routine for medicine your doctor already prescribed, covering alerts and a backup check, with no medical advice.
Task:
Set up a reminder routine that helps me remember to take the medicine my doctor prescribed, at the times they gave me.
Context:
My prescribed schedule is [times and frequency as prescribed]. My day usually looks like [outline of your day]. I use [phone, alarm clock, or pill organizer] and I forget it most when [when you forget].
Rules:
- Tie each dose to an existing daily anchor, such as brushing teeth or breakfast, and add one alert that I can only dismiss by doing a small action.
- Add a backup check for missed alerts, such as a second reminder or a tick on a paper chart.
- Do not give advice on medicines, doses, timing changes or what to do after a missed dose. For those questions, tell me to ask my doctor or pharmacist.
Result:
A table with the columns dose time, anchor, alert and backup check, then a three-line routine for travel days. Maximum 160 words.
