Plan six alarms for my day

Plans at most six labeled alarms and nudges for your day, each saying what to do when it rings, so fewer alarms get snoozed.

Task: Plan the alarms and nudges for my typical weekday, using the fewest that cover what I need. Context: I wake at [wake time] and my day has these points where things slip, [moments where things slip]. Alarms stop working for me when [why alarms stop working]. Rules: - Use at most 6 alarms and give each one a label that says what to do, not just a time. - Space the alarms so that no two ring within 30 minutes of each other. - Mark the alarms I could drop after one week if I no longer need them. Result: A table with the columns time, label and what to do in the first minute. End with one sentence on a plan for snoozing.
