Task:
Make a personal study plan that improves my academic results without hurting my well-being.
Context:
My courses are [list the courses], with these deadlines and exams: [dates per course]. I have [hours and which days] available each week. My other responsibilities are [work, family, sports, other], and I struggle with [subjects, focus, motivation, or none].
Rules:
- Rank the courses by deadline and effort, divide the weekly hours over them, and place study blocks in a weekly schedule with breaks, rest and free time included.
- Add a check every [number of weeks, default 2] to adjust the plan.
- Where time is too short for everything, say what to cut or move and what that costs, and do not hide the conflict.
- Explain in one line why the schedule protects rest.
Result:
A weekly schedule as a table with days as rows, then the numbered steps for building the habit, at most 8 lines in total beyond the table.
