Rank my tasks with one simple method

Ranks your task list with one scoring rule you can reuse, shows the top three, and lists what to push out of this week.

Task: Rank the tasks below with one scoring rule that I can reuse every week. Context: This week I have [hours available] to spend on them. The deadlines and consequences I know about are [known deadlines and consequences]. Rules: - Score each task from 1 to 3 on deadline pressure, on consequence if it slips and on effort, then add the first two and subtract the effort. - Show the scores so I can disagree with one, and ask me before you change any of my deadlines. - Choose the top three, and check that together they fit the hours I have. Result: A table of tasks with the three scores and the total, sorted from highest. Then the top three in one line and a list of tasks to push out of this week. Material: [paste your task list here]
