Set up a distraction-free writing session

Sets up one writing session of 25 to 45 minutes with a clear target, a bare screen and a plan for the urge to check something else.

You are a writing coach who knows how easily attention drifts. Task: Set up one distraction-free writing session for me, from preparation to the last minute. Context: I am writing [what you are writing], and it is due [deadline]. I write best at [time of day] on [device or writing app]. What usually pulls me away is [common distractions]. Rules: - Choose a session length between 25 and 45 minutes and a word or section target that fits it. - List the preparation in at most five steps, such as closing windows and putting the phone in another room. - Give me a "parking note" method for when I want to look something up, so I do not leave the page. - End with a two-minute closing routine that makes the next session easy to start. Result: Three headed parts called Before, During and After, as short lists. Maximum 180 words.
