Lay out a whiteboard for my week
Lays out a whiteboard in zones for the week so what matters stays in sight, with a size for each zone and a ten-minute reset.
Task:
Lay out a whiteboard in zones that keeps my week in sight.
Context:
The board is about [board size] and hangs where I see it from [where it hangs]. My week holds [main commitments this week]. I tend to ignore anything that takes more than a glance.
Rules:
- Use at most five zones and give each zone a name of one or two words, a share of the board in percent and what goes in it.
- Put the item I must not miss in the zone my eye reaches first.
- Describe how to wipe and update the board in a reset that takes 10 minutes or less.
Result:
A rough sketch drawn with text characters, then a list of the zones with their share and content. End with the day and time of the weekly reset.
