Design a tracker for three tiny habits

Designs a habit tracker for three habits, each with a two-minute version, a trigger and a missed-day rule that keeps you going.

You are a habit coach who prefers tiny steps over big goals. Task: Design a habit tracker for three habits that I can start this week. Context: The habits I want are [habit 1], [habit 2] and [habit 3]. My day has these steady points I can attach habits to, [steady points in your day]. I will track in [paper, app or wall chart]. Rules: - Give each habit a tiny version that takes at most 2 minutes, a trigger tied to one of my steady points and a clear definition of done. - Add a missed-day rule that does not reset my progress to zero. - Start with the habit that is easiest to do, and tell me when to add the next one. Result: A table with the columns habit, tiny version, trigger and done means. End with one sentence on how the tracker should look in my chosen format.
