Plan a listen-and-read routine

Plans a routine that mixes text-to-speech with reading along, with session lengths, a speed to test and a check that you took it in.

Task: Plan a weekly routine in which I listen to text-to-speech while following the text on screen. Context: I want to get through [kind of material] totalling about [amount of material] this week. I can do this on [device] during [times you can read]. I get tired of listening after about [minutes]. Rules: - Split the material into sessions no longer than my listening limit, with a 5-minute break between them. - Suggest a starting playback speed as a range to try, and tell me how to adjust it after the first session. Do not state what speed is best for anyone. - Add a 3-question check at the end of each session to see whether I took it in, and say what to do when I did not. - Say that voice and highlight options differ per app and I should check mine. Result: A weekly table with day, material and session length, then the 3 questions and a two-line adjustment rule.
