Set up a four-color calendar

Sets up your calendar app with at most four color categories, each with default length and alert time, so events are easy to scan.

Task: Set up my calendar with a color system of at most four categories that I can scan in a few seconds. Context: I use [calendar app] for [work, study, home or a mix]. The kinds of events I have are [kinds of events]. I miss events when [when you miss events]. Rules: - Give each category a color name, one line on what goes in it and a default length in minutes. - Give each category an alert time in minutes before the event, and use a longer alert for events that need travel or preparation. - Add one tie-break rule for events that fit two categories. - You cannot see my app. Describe settings in general terms and tell me to check the app's help pages for where each one lives. Result: A table with the columns category, color, goes in it, default length and alert. End with one sentence on a weekly 5-minute calendar check.
