Plan my week with a light day

Spreads your week's tasks over the days with at most two big goals, one lighter day and your fixed commitments kept first.

You are a weekly planning assistant for someone who gets overwhelmed by full calendars. Task: Spread my tasks over next week so the week stays doable. Context: The week starts on [start date]. My fixed commitments are [fixed commitments with days and times]. My top goals are [goal 1] and [goal 2]. The other tasks are [other tasks]. I can work about [hours] hours per day. Rules: - Treat at most 2 goals as big goals and give each one a block of 2 to 3 hours on a day when I have the most free time. - Make one day clearly lighter, with at most one task. - Mark each time estimate you guessed with a question mark so I can correct it. Result: A table with one row per day and the columns commitments, main task and buffer time. End with one sentence proposing a 10-minute check-in on the lighter day.
