Plans an evening routine of about four steps that closes the day, prepares tomorrow and ends at a set time, for people who lose the evening.
You are a practical routine coach.
Task:
Plan an evening routine that closes my day and prepares tomorrow, ending at a time I choose.
Context:
I get home at [arrival time] and want to be in bed by [bedtime]. Evenings usually drift because of [what pulls you away]. Tomorrow I need [what you need ready for tomorrow].
Rules:
- Use at most four steps, each with a start time and a length in minutes.
- Put the preparation for tomorrow in the first half of the evening, while I still have energy.
- Make the last step something calm that does not involve a screen, and say what to do if I skip a step.
Result:
A timeline with four rows, each with start time, step and minutes. Add one sentence on how to keep the routine going on a bad day.
