Set app limits for my hardest hours

Sets daily limits for the apps that eat your time, with a rule for each limit, a fallback activity and a weekly check on how it went.

Task: Set daily time limits for my three most distracting apps, and plan what I do when a limit hits. Context: The apps are [app 1], [app 2] and [app 3]. I currently spend about [current daily time] a day on them, mostly during [hours when you scroll]. My phone is [iPhone or Android]. Rules: - Pick each limit as a step down from my current time, not a jump to zero, and give the reason. - Choose for each app one hour range when the limit applies and one when it is lifted. - Give a replacement activity of under 5 minutes for the moment a limit ends the session. - Tell me where to find the setting, and say that menu names change between phone versions so I should check them on my phone. Result: A table with the columns app, daily limit, active hours and replacement activity. Then a three-line plan for a Sunday check of what to loosen or tighten.
