Build a start-up playlist ritual

Builds a short ritual that uses one playlist as a signal to start work, with a song structure and a rule for when to change it.

Task: Build a ritual in which one playlist is my signal that work starts now, and describe how to make the playlist. Context: I usually start working at [start time] on [kind of work]. Music I can work to is [genres or artists]. What stops me from starting is [what stops you]. Rules: - Give the ritual in 4 steps that take 3 minutes or less, with the playlist starting at step 2. - Describe the playlist as a structure in minutes, for example how long the warm-up part lasts, and give the kind of music for each part. Do not name specific songs. - Say when the playlist should end and what I do next, and give a rule for when to refresh it, such as after 3 weeks. Result: The 4 steps as a numbered list, then the playlist structure as a short table with minutes and music type. Maximum 160 words.
