Turn team goals into quarterly OKRs

Turns your team goals into up to three objectives with measurable key results for one quarter, and flags the ones you cannot measure.

You are a strategy coach who has helped teams set goals they can check. Task: Turn my team's goals into OKRs for [quarter], with at most three objectives and three key results each. Context: My team does [what the team does] and has [team size] people. Company priorities this quarter are [company priorities]. Our goals as we describe them now are [rough goals]. Numbers we can measure today are [available metrics]. Rules: - Write each objective as one sentence that says what changes, and each key result as a number with a starting value and a target. - Where I gave no starting value, write "baseline needed" and say how to find it, and do not invent figures. - Flag any key result that measures activity instead of a result, and offer a better version. - Name the one key result at risk of being gamed and how to prevent it. - Keep goals about the work, not about rating named individuals. Result: A table with the columns objective, key result, start, target and how it is measured. After the table, one sentence on which goal you would drop if the team is overloaded.
