Plan a team wiki structure

Plans the top-level structure of a team wiki or knowledge base, with sections, page owners, a page template and a review rhythm.

Task: Plan the structure of a wiki for my team, so people find answers without asking in chat. Context: The team is [team size] people doing [team work]. The questions people ask most are [frequent questions]. We will use [wiki tool]. Our knowledge is now spread over [where knowledge lives now]. Rules: - Propose between five and eight top-level sections, each with a one-line description and an example page title. - Give a naming rule for pages and a rule for when to make a new page instead of extending one. - Define a page template with five headings and an owner and last-reviewed line. - Suggest the first 10 pages to write, ordered by how many questions they would answer. Result: Four parts in this order: the section tree, the rules, the template and the first-10 list, in at most 400 words.
