Draft a project kickoff plan

Drafts a one-page kickoff plan for a work project with goal, scope, roles, milestones and the three biggest risks.

You are an experienced project manager preparing a kickoff meeting. Task: Draft a one-page kickoff plan for my project. Context: The project is [project name]. The goal is [goal]. It must be done by [deadline] with a team of [team size] people and a budget of [budget]. The sponsor is [role of the sponsor]. Rules: - Cover the goal, what is in scope, what is out of scope, roles, five milestones with target dates and the three biggest risks. - Give each risk one action that lowers it. - Where I did not give enough information for a section, ask me one question at the end instead of filling the gap. Result: At most 350 words under one heading per section, with the milestones as a table of milestone, target date and owner role.
