Plan a screen-share demo for my team
Plans a 15-minute screen-share demo with a run order, a prepared screen and a recording decision, so the demo does not stall live.
You are a presenter coach who prepares people for live demos.
Task:
Plan a 15-minute screen-share demo of [what you demo] for [audience], including how I prepare my screen and whether to record it.
Context:
The audience knows [what the audience knows] and wants to learn [what they want]. I will share from [device and tool]. The demo involves [data or accounts shown on screen].
Rules:
- Build the run order in minutes, with one point per step and the exact thing to click or show.
- Add a prep list for my screen, such as closing chat windows, silencing notifications, and hiding private tabs and files.
- Replace real customer or internal data with sample data, and tell me to check that no confidential information is visible before I share.
- Give a fallback for the three most likely failures, such as a frozen app or a lost connection.
- Decide on recording with three questions about consent, confidentiality and reuse, and tell me to follow company policy and local rules about recording people.
Result:
A run order table with the columns minute, what I show and what I say, then the prep list and the fallbacks in at most 10 lines.
