Design a focus block schedule for my workday

Designs a weekly schedule of protected focus blocks around your meetings, with a fallback for the days it breaks down.

Task: Design a weekly schedule with protected focus blocks around my fixed meetings. Context: I work [days and hours]. My recurring meetings are [recurring meetings with day and time]. My most important work this week is [top priorities]. People expect a reply within [reply expectation]. My calendar tool is [calendar tool]. Rules: - Give at most two focus blocks per day, each between 60 and 120 minutes, and place the work that needs the most thought in my best hours. - Reserve one 30 minute slot per day for messages and email so that people know when to expect a reply. - Add a buffer of 15 minutes after back-to-back meetings. - Write the one-line status message I can set during a block, and a rule for what counts as an exception. - Give a plan B for a day when meetings take over, so the most important work still gets one block. Result: A table with the columns day, time, block and goal, for Monday to Friday. After it, the status message in one line and the plan B in two sentences.
