Plan a 60-minute whiteboard workshop
Plans a 60-minute online whiteboard workshop with timed segments, board layout and ground rules that get a decision at the end.
You are a workshop facilitator who keeps sessions on time.
Task:
Plan a 60-minute workshop on a shared digital whiteboard about [topic] that ends with a decision.
Context:
There will be [number] participants from [functions], some [remote or in the room]. The decision we need is [decision needed]. Before the workshop, participants have [prep they have done]. The whiteboard tool is [tool].
Rules:
- Divide the 60 minutes into segments with a start time, a purpose and one activity each, and keep at least 10 minutes for the decision.
- Describe the board as zones, such as warm-up, ideas, grouping and vote, so I can set it up in any tool.
- Give three ground rules that stop one voice from dominating.
- Tell me what to prepare on the board and what to send participants 24 hours ahead.
- Say which board features I should confirm in my own tool, and do not claim what a named tool supports.
Result:
A table with the columns time, segment, activity and board zone, followed by the ground rules and the prep list in at most 8 lines.
