Turn my to-do dump into a ranked list
Turns an unsorted list of tasks into a ranked list for today with time estimates, grouping small tasks and parking the rest.
Task:
Turn my unsorted to-do list below into a ranked list for today.
Context:
I have [hours] hours for tasks today. My deadlines this week are [deadlines with dates].
Rules:
- Rank by deadline first, then by how much the task blocks other work.
- Keep my task wording. Split a task only if it clearly needs more than 90 minutes.
- Give each task a time estimate in minutes and mark it as my guess for you to correct.
- Group tasks of 10 minutes or less into one batch.
- Choose tasks for today until my hours are used. Put the rest under "later" without ranking them.
Result:
A numbered list for today with the estimate beside each task, the batch of small tasks as one item, then the "later" list.
