Plan a school-night routine for high school

Plans a school-night routine from arriving home to bedtime, with homework blocks, breaks and a bag check, based on your own schedule.

Task: Plan my school-night routine from the moment I get home until bedtime. Context: I get home at [arrival time] and go to bed at [bedtime]. After school I have [activities after school, with days and times]. Tonight's homework is usually [typical homework load]. The thing that derails my evenings is [what derails you]. Rules: - Divide the evening into blocks with start times, and put the hardest homework in the first block after a 20-minute break. - Use homework blocks of 25 to 40 minutes with a 5 to 10 minute break between them, and say what to do in the break. - End with a 10-minute bag check and a screen-free wind-down, and give the bedtime I told you as the end point. - If the evening is too short for the homework I described, say what to do first and what can wait, and suggest talking to a teacher about a very heavy load. Result: A timeline table with the columns start time, block and what to do. Add a 3-item bag check list below it.
