Plan a digital notebook structure
Plans the folders, page names and a weekly clean-up habit for a digital notebook that holds all your courses for one semester.
Task:
Design a structure for my digital notebook that I can set up in under 30 minutes and keep up all semester.
Context:
My courses are [list of courses]. The semester runs for [number of weeks] weeks. I use [notebook app] and what I lose most often is [what you lose, for example handouts or old notes].
Rules:
- Use at most three levels of folders or sections.
- Give a naming pattern for pages, with one example per course.
- Include a single place for loose notes that I sort once a week.
- If the app I named cannot do something you suggest, offer the closest alternative and tell me to check.
Result:
A tree of the folders with the page naming pattern under it, then a numbered setup list of at most six steps with a time in minutes for each.
