Plan a diagram that explains a process

Plans a simple diagram for a process you must explain in a report or talk, listing boxes, arrows and labels you can draw yourself.

Task: Plan a simple diagram of the process below, listing every box, arrow and label so that I can draw it myself in a diagramming tool. Context: The process is [process name] and the steps I know are [your steps in order]. The diagram goes into [report, slide, or poster] for [audience], at about [size of the space]. Rules: - Use at most 8 boxes with labels of at most 4 words, and mark each arrow as a step, a decision or a feedback loop. - Use only the steps I gave. If a step looks missing or out of order, list it under "Check with my source" instead of adding it. - Suggest one layout direction (left to right or top to bottom) with a reason that fits my space. Result: A numbered list of boxes, a list of arrows written as "A to B (type)", the layout line and a "Check with my source" list of at most 3 items.
