Plan a phone-free study routine
Plans a two-week routine to study with your phone out of reach, starting small and covering the moments you usually give in.
Task:
Plan a two-week routine that gets my phone out of reach while I study.
Context:
I study about [hours] hours a day at [where you study]. I pick up my phone mostly when [your trigger, for example I get stuck or I hear a notification]. People who need to reach me are [family, work or others], and I have to stay reachable to them.
Rules:
- Start with a first week of sessions of [starting minutes] minutes and raise it in small steps in week two.
- Give one rule for the moments I give in, and one way for urgent contacts to still reach me.
- Suggest where to put the phone, and what to do for a break so the phone is not the default.
- Name one sign that tells me the plan is too strict, and what to loosen first.
Result:
A table with one row per day for 14 days and the columns session length, phone location and one habit to practice. Then three sentences on what to do after a slip.
