Plan a hunt for student discounts
Plans a short hunt for student discounts on the things you buy most, with where to look, what proof to prepare and what to verify.
Task:
Plan a 60-minute hunt for student discounts on the things I spend the most on.
Context:
I am a student at [school name] in [country]. My biggest regular costs are [your top costs, for example software, transport, phone plan]. My student status is proven by [student ID, school email, or enrollment letter].
Rules:
- Rank my costs by yearly spend and order the hunt from the biggest, with a time box in minutes for each.
- For each cost, say where to look in general terms, such as the provider's own student page, my school's portal or my student union. Name no specific deals, prices or conditions.
- Tell me what proof to prepare in advance, and which rules I must check on each offer, such as how long it lasts and what happens when I graduate.
- Remind me to keep a note of each result.
Result:
A table with the columns cost, where to look, proof and minutes, then a 4-column log format for the results.
