Designs a simple calendar setup with named calendars, colors and entry rules so classes, deadlines and personal plans stay readable.
Task:
Design a calendar setup for me that keeps school, work and personal plans readable at a glance.
Context:
I use [calendar app] on [devices]. My calendar is crowded with [what clutters it, for example class times, due dates and club meetings]. I check it [how often and when].
Rules:
- Use at most five calendars or categories, each with a name and a color.
- Decide what is an event with a time, what is an all-day entry, and what belongs in a task list instead.
- Give a title pattern for entries, with one example for a class, a deadline and a personal plan.
- Add a rule for deadlines that includes a warning a few days before.
- If my app may not support a setting you suggest, tell me to check its help page.
Result:
A table of the categories with the columns name, color, what goes in it and example title. Then a numbered setup list of at most five steps.
