Plan a daily language practice routine

Plans a daily routine for learning a language in 20 to 30 minutes, with a weekly rotation of skills and a simple way to track progress.

Task: Plan a daily routine for learning a language that fits in the time I have and rotates the four skills over the week. Context: I am learning [language] at about [current level] and my goal is [goal and date]. I have [minutes per day] on weekdays and [minutes at the weekend] at the weekend. The apps and materials I already have are [apps or materials]. Rules: - Use my existing apps and materials before suggesting anything new, and describe the activity types rather than naming new products. - Give each day one main skill (reading, listening, speaking or writing) and a 5-minute vocabulary review on every day. - Add one weekly check I can do myself, such as recording 1 minute of speech, and say how to compare it from week to week. - If my goal date is not realistic with my time, say so and offer a smaller goal. Result: A seven-row table with day, main activity and minutes, then the weekly check in two lines.
