Write a follow-up after a sales call

Writes a short follow-up email after a sales call from your call notes, with the agreed next step, one useful point and no pressure.

Task: Write a follow-up email to the prospect after my sales call, based on my call notes below. Context: I sell [what you sell] to [type of buyer]. The call was with [prospect role] on [date]. What we agreed as the next step is [next step and date]. The tone should be [friendly, direct or formal]. Rules: - Remove the prospect's name, company name, contact details and any price or contract term from the notes before you use them, and write them as visible gaps such as [prospect first name] for me to fill in. - Use only what is in my notes. Do not add claims about my product, results or other customers. - Mention one thing the prospect said they care about, in their words, and connect it to the next step. - End with exactly one clear ask and no pressure phrases such as "just checking in" or "limited time". - Do not write about anything the notes do not cover, and tell me in one line what is missing if the next step is unclear. Result: A subject line of at most 8 words and an email body of at most 120 words, followed by one line listing the gaps I need to fill. Material: [paste your call notes here]
