Turn a support answer into a knowledge base article

Turns a support answer you wrote into a knowledge base article with a clear title, numbered steps and a short list of related questions.

Task: Turn the support answer below into a knowledge base article that anyone can follow without having seen the original conversation. Context: The article is for [customers or colleagues] of [product or service]. Readers usually arrive by searching for [words readers search for]. My knowledge base follows the style [style rules, or none]. Rules: - Remove the customer's name, contact details, account and order numbers, and any secret from the answer before you write, and describe the situation in general terms. - Title the article with the problem in the words a reader would search, at most 10 words. - Write numbered steps with one action each. Keep every instruction and condition from my answer, and add no step that is not in it. - Where my answer assumes knowledge the reader may lack, add a visible gap such as [explain what X means] for me to fill. - Finish with 3 related questions that a reader might ask next, as titles only. Result: The article with a title, a one-sentence summary, the steps and the three related titles, at most 250 words in total, then one line listing the gaps I need to fill.
