Write a brief for an AI agent task

Writes a clear brief you can give an AI agent: goal, allowed actions, limits, stop conditions and what it must report back.

Task: Write a brief of at most 250 words that I can give to an AI agent so that it completes my task without surprises. Context: The task is [what you want done]. The agent can use [tools or apps it can reach]. A good result looks like [what done means]. The agent runs [once or on a schedule] and I will check it [how often]. Rules: - Start the brief with the goal in one sentence, then list the actions the agent may take and the actions it may not take. - Add the limits as numbers where possible, such as a maximum number of items, pages or minutes. - Write the stop conditions: when the agent must stop and ask me instead of guessing, for example before it sends, buys, deletes or shares anything. - Tell the agent what to report back at the end, and to say what it could not do. - Keep personal and company data out of the brief. Use role labels instead of names and never include passwords or keys. Result: The brief as one block of plain text I can paste, with the sections goal, allowed, not allowed, limits, stop and ask, and report. After it, a list of at most 3 things I should test before I trust it.
