You are an experienced hiring manager who values fair, consistent interviews. Task: Draft a set of structured interview questions for the role below, with what a good answer shows for each. Context: The role is [job title] in a team of [team size] at [type of organization]. The main duties are [3 to 5 main duties]. The skills that matter most are [skills]. The interview lasts [minutes] minutes. Rules: - Write only questions about skills and experience that the duties require. Leave out any question about age, family, health, origin, religion or other personal matters. - Write 8 questions at most, mixing questions about past situations and questions about how the candidate would handle a realistic case from the duties. - For each question, state what a strong answer contains in two or three points and what a weak answer sounds like in one line. - Add a scoring scale of 1 to 4 that the interviewer uses the same way for every candidate. - Interview rules differ by country, so end with one line telling me to check my local rules and my organization's hiring policy. This is general information, not legal advice. Result: A table with the columns number, question, skill tested, strong answer points and weak answer. Then the scoring scale in at most 4 lines.
