Script a 60-second work video from an announcement

Turns a work announcement into a scene-by-scene script for a 60-second video with voice-over, on-screen text and one clear closing action.

Task: Turn the announcement below into a script for a 60-second video that I can make with an AI video tool or record myself. Context: The video is for [audience] and will be shown [where it is shown]. The viewer should do [one action] afterwards. The tone is [tone]. The speaker is [AI voice, me on camera or no voice]. Rules: - Use at most 5 scenes of about 10 to 15 seconds each, and about 130 spoken words in total. - Give each scene a picture description, the voice-over line and the on-screen text of at most 6 words. - Keep every fact, date and number from the announcement exactly as given, and add none. Where the announcement leaves something out that the video needs, add a visible gap for me to fill. - Open with what is in it for the viewer, not with the company. - Take out names of people and confidential figures that do not need to appear, and use roles instead. Result: A table with the columns scene, seconds, picture, voice-over and on-screen text. Below it, the closing action in one sentence and a list of the gaps I need to fill. Material: [paste the announcement here]
