Draft three prompts for Gmail, Docs and Sheets

Drafts three ready-to-use prompts for the AI in Gmail, Docs and Sheets, built from the work you do most, with fields to fill in.

Task: Draft three prompts, one each for the AI in Gmail, Google Docs and Google Sheets, that fit the work I do most. Context: My job is [role]. In Gmail I mostly [your main email task]. In Docs I mostly [your main document task]. In Sheets I mostly [your main spreadsheet task]. My tone at work is [tone]. Rules: - Make each prompt 40 to 80 words, with the task first, then the context, then the shape and length of the result. - Put the parts I change each time in square brackets of at most 6 words, such as [paste the email here]. Do not nest brackets. - In the Gmail prompt, tell the AI to leave out names and contact details from anything it quotes. In the Sheets prompt, tell it to explain the formula it writes. - Do not claim what the AI in these apps can or cannot do. Add a note under each prompt on what to check in the first try. - Remind me to remove names and secrets from anything I paste or select before I use the prompts with real work. Result: Three prompts, each under a heading with the app name, followed by one line on what to check in the first try. Number them 1 to 3.
