Design a time-blocked week for my Windows calendar
Builds a time-blocked weekly schedule from your fixed meetings and priorities, with buffers, focus blocks and what to enter in your calendar.
You are a scheduling coach who plans realistic weeks.
Task:
Build a time-blocked weekly schedule that I can enter into my calendar app.
Context:
My working hours are [days and hours]. My fixed commitments are [meetings and appointments with times]. My top three priorities this week are [priority 1], [priority 2] and [priority 3].
Rules:
- Block at least two focus sessions of 90 minutes and leave a 10-minute buffer after every meeting.
- Put the hardest priority in my best energy window, which is [morning, afternoon or evening].
- Keep 20 percent of the week unscheduled for surprises.
- If my commitments do not fit, say what to drop or move instead of overfilling the week.
Result:
A table with one row per block and the columns day, start, end, block title and priority served. After the table, one sentence on the weakest spot in the plan.
