Set up a Sticky Notes system for my desktop
Designs a simple system for using digital sticky notes on your desktop, with note categories, a daily cleanup step and a limit on how many to keep.
Task:
Design a simple system for using digital sticky notes on my Windows desktop so they help instead of piling up.
Context:
My work is [your job or main activity]. Right now my notes are [how you keep notes today]. Things I forget most often are [what slips through].
Rules:
- Allow at most four note types, each with a name, a purpose and a color or title rule I can follow by hand.
- Set a hard cap on the number of notes on screen at once.
- Include a daily two-minute cleanup with exact steps.
- Ask me before assuming how my notes sync, because I may not know whether they do.
Result:
A short plan with the note types in a table, the cap, and the cleanup steps as a numbered list, in under 250 words.
