Plans one automated flow for a repetitive task, with trigger, numbered steps, a test plan and a list of what to verify in your own setup.
Task:
Plan one automated flow for the routine task below, from the trigger to the last step.
Context:
The task is [repetitive task, in one sentence]. It happens [how often]. The apps and accounts involved are [apps and accounts]. My experience with automation is [none, some or a lot].
Rules:
- Give the trigger, then at most eight numbered steps, each naming the app it touches.
- Say which parts you are unsure Power Automate can do with my account type, and what I should verify in the tool before building.
- Name one failure that could go unnoticed and how I would find out, and one step where the flow should pause and ask me.
- Warn me about any step that deletes, sends or overwrites something and suggest a safe test first.
Result:
A numbered plan with the trigger and the steps, then a test plan of three checks, then one line listing what to verify.
