Adapt the Pomodoro method to my workday

Adapts timed work intervals to your real workday, with interval lengths as numbers, a rule for interruptions and a one-week test.

Task: Adapt the Pomodoro method of timed work intervals and short breaks to my real workday. Context: My workday runs from [start] to [end], with fixed commitments at [meetings or other fixed times]. My work is [kind of work] and I am interrupted about [number] times a day by [sources]. I find it hardest to [start, keep going or stop]. Rules: - Propose interval and break lengths as numbers and explain why they fit my work, noting that the classic lengths are a starting point and not a rule. - Place the intervals around my fixed commitments in a sample day. - Give one rule for handling an interruption inside an interval and one rule for a day that falls apart. - Define a one-week test with three things to track and what result would make me change the lengths. - Say what I need to set up in a timer of my choice, without assuming a specific app. Result: The chosen lengths in one line, a sample day as a table with the columns time and activity, then the two rules and the one-week test in at most six lines.
