Split my work across virtual desktops

Decides how many virtual desktops you need and which apps and windows belong on each, with a rule for switching and for ending the day.

Task: Decide how many virtual desktops I need and which apps and windows belong on each. Context: I usually have these open at once: [list your apps, browser tabs groups and documents]. My work falls into [number] contexts, such as [context names]. I get distracted most by [your main distraction]. Rules: - Use between two and four desktops, and justify the number in one sentence. - Put each app on exactly one desktop, and say which ones are shared tools that stay in the background. - Give a switching rule that keeps me from hopping every few minutes. - Add a closing routine for the end of the day that takes under two minutes. - Ask me one question first if my contexts are unclear. Result: A table with the columns desktop, purpose and apps on it, followed by the switching rule and the closing routine in at most five lines.
