Plan a distraction-free focus session on my PC

Plans one 90-minute focus session with a preparation checklist, a distraction log and a wrap-up, using settings you confirm on your own PC.

Task: Plan one 90-minute focus session for the work below, from preparation to wrap-up. Context: The work is [the one task to finish]. My usual distractions are [notifications, chat, email, websites or people]. I work in [place] and my deadline is [date or time]. The tools I can use are [timer, do-not-disturb setting, notes app or similar]. Rules: - Split the session into preparation of at most 10 minutes, work blocks and a wrap-up of at most 5 minutes, each with a clear action. - Name which of my usual distractions to switch off and how, and tell me to find the matching setting on my own PC because settings differ by Windows version. - Include a distraction log with a simple rule for what to write down instead of acting. - Give one definition of done for the session that I can check in under a minute. Result: A timed schedule as a table with the columns minutes, action and note, then the distraction log rule and the definition of done in two lines.
