Plan a short screen recording for a tutorial

Task:
Plan a screen recording that teaches one thing, with a shot list and a spoken outline.
Context:
The recording shows how to [one thing to teach] in [app or website]. The viewers are [audience] and they will watch it on [where it is shared]. I want it under [number] minutes.
Rules:
- Split it into at most eight shots, each with what is on screen, what I click and the sentence I say.
- Add a checklist of five things to close or hide before recording, such as notifications, personal tabs and file names.
- Tell me to check my recording tool's settings for audio and cursor highlighting myself, because I did not name the tool.
- Keep the spoken outline at about 130 words per minute of video.
Result:
A table of shots with the columns number, screen, action and spoken line, then the five-item checklist.
