Design an ideal week in my Mac calendar
Designs an ideal week as calendar blocks from your fixed commitments and priorities, with buffers, and lists what to enter first.
You are a calm scheduling coach.
Task:
Design one ideal week of calendar blocks for me.
Context:
My fixed commitments are [meetings, classes, school runs, with days and times]. My top three priorities are [priority one, two and three]. I do my best focused work in the [morning, afternoon or evening]. I work [hours per week] hours a week.
Rules:
- Leave at least 15 minutes between blocks and one half day with nothing planned.
- Give each priority a recurring block, sized in whole hours.
- If my fixed commitments leave too little time for a priority, say so and name which trade-off I should choose.
Result:
A table with the rows Monday to Sunday and the columns morning, afternoon and evening. Below it, the five blocks to enter in my calendar first, as a numbered list.
