Decide which messaging app to use for what

Assigns each messaging app you use one clear job so messages stop scattering, with a short note to tell people which channel to use.

Task: Give each messaging app I use one clear job, so I know where each kind of message belongs. Context: I use [list of messaging apps] on my Mac and phone. People I talk to are [groups, such as family, clients and friends]. The problem is [problem, such as missing messages or checking five apps]. Rules: - One kind of conversation gets one app, and no app gets more than two jobs. - Count how many apps I can drop to, and name the cost of dropping each in one line. - Say what to do with notifications per app: on, muted or off, with the reason. - Where a choice depends on what the other people use, mark it as "depends on them" instead of deciding for them. Result: A table with the columns app, job, notifications and what to do with old chats. Then a message of at most 40 words that I can send to my contacts to announce the change.
