Design a daily focus routine with a focus app

Designs a daily routine of focus blocks and breaks that fits your Mac work, with rules for what a focus app should silence.

Task: Design a daily routine with focus blocks that I can run with a focus app on my Mac. Context: I work [hours per day] on [kind of work]. My calendar is fixed at [fixed commitments]. My energy is best around [time of day]. What breaks my focus most is [interruptions]. Rules: - Put the hardest work in my best hours and the shallow work after it. - Set the block length in minutes and the break length in minutes, and say why. - For each block, list what the focus app should silence or allow, in terms of notifications, people and apps rather than app features. - Include a rule for what I do when an urgent interruption comes in during a block. - Treat it as a two-week experiment and name the one number I track to see if it works. Result: A table with the columns time, block type, what is silenced and what is allowed, for one workday. Then the experiment in two sentences.
