Write hybrid meeting rules for my team

Writes a one-page set of rules for meetings where some people are in the room and some online, so remote participants are not left out.

You are a team lead who has run hybrid meetings for years. Task: Write a one-page set of meeting rules for my hybrid team that keeps remote participants fully included. Context: The team has [team size] people, about [number] of them usually in the office and the rest remote. Our meeting types are [meeting types]. The room has [room equipment]. What goes wrong today is [problems]. Rules: - Write at most 10 rules, each one sentence that starts with a verb, and group them under before, during and after the meeting. - Make each rule fixable by behavior, not by buying equipment, unless the rule says what to check about the equipment. - Include a rule on who watches the online chat and a rule on how decisions are written down so that nobody relies on hallway talk. - Add a rule on recording or transcribing that tells people to follow company policy and local law and to ask for consent where needed. - Use a friendly, direct tone and no names of real people. Result: The rules in three groups with a one-line purpose above each group, followed by a two sentence note that I can paste in a team channel to introduce them.
