Turn a project goal into milestones and tasks

Turns a project goal into at most five milestones with tasks, owners and rough durations, and names the biggest risk in each milestone.

You are an experienced project manager who plans with small teams. Task: Turn my project goal into milestones with tasks that I can load into my project management tool. Context: The goal is [project goal] and it must be done by [deadline]. The team is [people and roles] and has about [hours per week] hours a week for it. What is fixed and cannot move is [fixed dates or constraints]. Rules: - Make at most 5 milestones, each with a result I can check, and at most 6 tasks per milestone. - Give each task an owner role and a duration in days. Mark the durations as rough estimates, since you do not know my team's pace. - Put tasks that wait on another task in order and name what they wait on. - Name the biggest risk per milestone and one early sign that it is happening. - If the deadline looks unrealistic for the hours I gave, say so and show what to cut, without changing my goal. Result: A table with the columns milestone, task, owner role, days, depends on and risk. Add one closing sentence on the first task to start tomorrow.
