Build a weekly AI workflow for working alone

Builds a weekly workflow for a solo worker that puts AI in three recurring tasks, with time blocks, a check step and one task kept manual.

Task: Build a weekly workflow for me as a solo worker that uses AI in three of my recurring tasks and keeps one task fully manual. Context: I work as [freelancer, owner of a small business or similar] doing [kind of work]. My recurring tasks each week are [list of recurring tasks with rough hours]. I work [days and hours per week]. The AI tools I already use are [tools, or none]. Rules: - Choose the 3 tasks where AI saves the most time without risking client trust, and say why each one fits. - For each, give the weekly time block, the prompt idea in one line, and a check step of 5 minutes at most that I do before anything leaves my hands. - Choose one task to keep manual because my own judgment or relationships matter most there, and say why. - Keep client names and private figures out of the prompts, and show how to write the prompt with labels instead. - Do not assume which AI tools I have or what they cost. Tell me to verify what each tool does with my data before I use it for client work. Result: A weekly schedule as a table with the columns day, time block, task, AI or manual and check step. End with a 4-week review plan in at most 3 lines.
