Plan a Notion workspace and where AI helps

Plans a small Notion workspace for one use with pages, databases and properties, and marks the spots where AI may help and must be verified.

Task: Plan a small Notion workspace for the use below, and show where its built-in AI could save me time. Context: I use Notion for [the use, such as client projects, a content calendar or study notes]. I work [alone or with how many people]. The information I handle is [what kind of information, and whether any is confidential]. My plan type is [free, paid or unknown]. Rules: - Propose at most 3 databases and 4 pages, and for each database list its properties with the type of each (text, select, date, person, relation and so on). - Keep the structure simple enough to set up in under 2 hours, and say what to leave out for now. - For each place where AI could help, such as summarizing, drafting or filling properties, describe the task in one line and what I must check in its output. - I cannot see which AI features my plan has. Do not state what Notion AI can do or costs. Mark every AI idea as to be verified and tell me to check the current features and pricing on Notion's own pages. - Mark the pages that hold confidential information and advise keeping them out of AI use until I have checked the privacy settings. Result: A table for each database with the columns property, type and purpose. Then a list of the AI ideas, at most 5, each with the task, the check and the status to be verified. End with the first 3 setup steps.
