Rules:
- Split the 45 minutes into timed blocks and give each block one question it answers.
- Cover touch targets, text size, keyboard overlap on forms, rotation, slow connection and interrupted flows such as a phone call.
- Put the blocks tied to what changed first.
- Give a one-line bug note format I can fill in quickly and an exit rule for when to stop early.
