Draft my website blocker list and exceptions

Drafts a tiered list of sites to block during work, with exceptions and a short rule for when you may turn the blocker off.

Task: Draft the list of sites and apps I block while working, with exceptions and a rule for turning the blocker off. Context: My work needs [work sites and tools I really need]. The sites I lose time on are [time-wasting sites]. I tend to open them when [trigger, such as when I am stuck]. I will use a website blocker on my Mac. Rules: - Split the list into three tiers, block always during work, block during focus blocks only, and allow with a timer. - Check each blocked site against my work needs and flag any that I may need for work, such as video sites used for training. - Write a one-sentence off-switch rule that I can follow when I am tempted, and make it hard to abuse. - Do not suggest blocking anything I did not list unless you flag it as optional. Result: The three tiers as short lists, then the exceptions with one line each, then the off-switch rule in at most 25 words.
