Create a naming pattern and folder structure for the screenshots I take on my Mac.
Context:
I take about [number] screenshots a week, mostly for [purposes, for example bug reports, tutorials, receipts, inspiration]. I need to find them again by [how you search, for example date, project or topic]. Today they land in [where they land now].
Rules:
- The naming pattern uses at most four parts, readable by a person and sortable by date.
- Use at most five folders and name each one by purpose.
- Add a monthly cleanup rule with a number, such as what to delete after how many days. Remind me to move or archive instead of deleting anything I might need for records.
